ProSieben MAXX is showing “One Piece: Fan Letter” as a TV premiere


The free TV channel ProSieben MAXX recently announced that it would broadcast the TV special “One Piece: Fan Letter”, which was produced to mark the anime’s 25th anniversary, before the start of the new episodes of “One Piece”. We summarize.

TV premiere in December 2025

The 25-minute TV special “One Piece: Fan Letter” can therefore be seen on December 16, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. with German language output on ProSieben MAXX. From December 17, 2025, episodes 1101 to 1122 of the associated series will be shown as a TV premiere from Monday to Friday at 6:30 p.m.

All 22 new episodes are scheduled to appear on screens by the end of this year, although the broadcast times for the Christmas holidays have not yet been announced. We’ll keep you updated.

ProSieben MAXX is currently broadcasting the “Summit War Saga” every weekday at 4:45 p.m. and the finale of the “Wano Kuni” saga at 5:10 p.m.

The anime adaptation of “One Piece” already has 1,150 episodes in Japan and is shown weekly in the OmU simulcast on Crunchyroll, ADN and Netflix. All three streaming services also have “One Piece: Fan Letter” in their program. The original manga series by Eiichiro Oda is published in German by Carlsen-Verlag.
