The start of »Witch Hat Atelier« has been announced + teaser


It was announced today on the X account of the anime adaptation of “Witch Hat Atelier” (Japanese: “Tongari Boushi no Atelier”) that it will be broadcast on Japanese television from April 2026. You can find a new teaser below.

“Witch Hat Atelier” was created under the direction of director Ayumu Watanabe (“You are Ms. Servant”) at the BUG FILMS studio. Jun Shinohara (“My One-Hit Kill Sister”) serves as assistant director, while Kairi Unabara creates character design.

The main roles of the Japanese cast include Rena Motomura (Marie Shaderan in “Betrothed to My Sister’s Ex”) as Coco and Natsuki Hanae (Ken Takakura in “DAN DA DAN”) as Qifrey. Crunchyroll is simulcasting the series.

The underlying manga series written by Kamome Shirahama has been published in “Morning Two” magazine since July 2016. The work is available from Egmont-Verlag under the title “Atelier of Witch Hat: The Secret of the Witches”.
