Call of Duty Black Ops 7: single-player campaign mode would already be available in early access

November 14, 2025. This is the date announced for weeks by Activision for the release of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, on all platforms: PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One and PC. The publisher even clarified that there would be no early access period.

However, in recent days, players who have pre-ordered the game have been sharing intriguing screenshots. On PS5 in particular, a countdown would indicate availability of the single-player campaign from November 10. Enough to sow confusion a few days before the launch.

On social networks, several Internet users are wondering. One of them summarizes: “Activision has repeatedly confirmed that all modes of Black Ops 7 will be available on November 14. The pre-load of the PS5 campaign pack indicates that it will be playable from November 10.”

An active preload before the announced date

The mystery thickens with the proliferation of testimonies from players who have observed the same anomaly on their console. A user asks: “Has anyone else already preloaded their Black Ops 7 campaign for the [10 novembre] on PS5?” Another shares his surprise with humor: “Um, the Black Ops 7 campaign comes out on November 10!!?!?!!”

preload files are made available several days in advance, sometimes with partial or blocked access until the official launch time. But in this specific case, the screens displaying a precise date, associated with an active countdown, naturally fuel fans’ doubts and expectations.

While waiting for clarification from Activision, one thing is certain: the appointment is set for November 14, but some may not wait until then to discover the campaign. Screenshots intrigue Black Ops 7 players: would the campaign be accessible before November 14?
