The official X account of the anime adaptation of “Oshi no Ko” announced today that the third season will be broadcast on Japanese television from January 14, 2026. You can watch a trailer below.

The third season of “Oshi no Ko” is again being directed by Daisuke Hiramaki (“Selection Project”) at Studio Doga Kobo. Jin Tanaka is writing the script, while Kanna Hirayama (“Rent-A-Girlfriend”) is contributing character design.
The ending song entitled “Serenade”, which can be heard in the trailer, comes from natori (opening of “Wind Breaker”). The streaming service Crunchyroll shows the sequel in the original sound with German subtitles in a simulcast.
The first two seasons can already be watched on AKIBA PASS TV, Netflix and Prime Video. A disc release of the second season is currently taking place with German and Japanese language versions by the publisher peppermint anime.
