If you still had a little time in October…
Highlighted during the last Gamescom, during an Opening Night Live which is rarely used to devoting time to independent projects, Death by Scrolling is a vertical roguelike that asks you to advance inexorably so as not to get caught up in the scrolling of the screen. A title with good replayability, which allows us to choose between different characters, each with their own specificities and loot to collect along the way. In short, a classic roguelike formula, to which we add a time constraint and permanent stress with vertical scrolling.
And we now know when it will be possible to put our hands on it, and it will happen sooner than expected. The studio surprises us by scheduling a release for October 28because of course, the schedule was already not busy enough as it was.
Death by Scrolling will be available on PC via Steam initially. PlayStation, Xbox and Switch versions will arrive later.
