Battlefield 6: return of emblematic features so much demanded by the players

Jets, tanks, helicopters and explosions in abundance: Battlefield 6 promises a return to muscular sources. But the players are demanding more, and the developers of course have it.

A few days before the launch, Battlefield Studios lifted the veil on his intentions for the future. If the game arrives with a promise of total war, it does not intend to stop there. In a communication addressed to the community, the studio has confirmed that several acclaimed features are being studied for next integration.

Long -standing added additions

The Battlefield 6 roadmap already provides a first season of content with two unpublished cards, new weapons and monthly content. However, many veterans of the franchise point to the absence of emblematic elements at launch. Among the most requested: the platoons, the Little Bird helicopters, and the naval war.

Faced with this community pressure, the developers wanted to reassure. In an update, Battlefield Studios said:
“There is still a lot to expect beyond our seasons, because our team continues to analyze the data from Battlefield Labs, the feedback from the players and to imagine completely new ideas for the future, starting with a new fascinating interpretation of the Battle Royale in Battlefield sauce.”

And that’s not all. The studio adds: “Requests concerning the naval war have not been ignored, any more than calls for a certain little helicopter adored by fans, platoons, and much more.”

Levolution, Battle Royale and the future of Battlefield 6

Another subject at the heart of expectations: the return of the Levolution functionality, introduced in Battlefield 4. This system made it possible to radically modify the game environment, by destroying skyscrapers or by flooding whole areas. In Battlefield 6, this mechanics would be more discreet, but the team does not move away.

In addition, a Battle Royale mode would be in preparation. An officially announced for the end of October, it could be revealed after the official release of the game, so as not to overshadow the classic multiplayer experience. The team is optimistic, and everything seems to indicate an imminent outing.
