German synchro teaser for the 29th “Detective Conan” film


The streaming service Crunchyroll today released the first German synchro teaser for the 29th “Detective Conan” film. You can find the video below.

Cinema release in August 2026

The 29th “Detective Conan” film is entitled “The Fallen Angel of the Highway” and will be released in cinemas in Germany, Austria and German-speaking Switzerland on August 25, 2026 with a German and Japanese language version.

The studio TMS Entertainment was responsible for the production of the evening filler, with Takahiro Hasui (“YAIBA: Samurai Legend”) directing. The film celebrated its Japanese cinema premiere on April 10, 2026.

Crunchyroll has already released the first 27 “Detective Conan” films on DVD and Blu-ray in this country. A disc release of the 28th film, which was shown in German cinemas in August 2025, has not yet been announced.

On the way to a motorcycle festival, Conan and his friends witness a spectacular chase. A mysterious driver on a black motorcycle keeps evading the police.

Because the bike resembles a new police prototype, a dangerous hunt begins in which Chihaya Hagiwara encounters her past.
