After today’s finale of the first season, it was announced on the official X account of “Snowball Earth” that the series would be continued with a second season. You can find a first teaser below.

Concrete details about the sequel, such as who will be involved in the production or a date for the start of broadcasting on Japanese television, are currently still pending. We’ll keep you updated.
Studio KAI was responsible for producing the 13-episode first season, with Munehisa Sakai (“Zombie Land Saga”) directing and Takeshi Iwata (“The iDOLM@STER: Shiny Colors”) serving as assistant director.
The streaming services Crunchyroll and Disney+ have all previous episodes that were broadcast on Japanese television between April 4th and June 26th, 2026 in the original language with German subtitles.
