After today’s finale of the second season, it was announced on the official X account of “Dorohedoro” that the series would be continued with a third season. You can find a picture of the announcement below.

Concrete details about the sequel, such as who will be involved in the production or a date for the start of broadcasting on Japanese television, are currently still pending. As usual, we will keep you updated.
The MAPPA studio was responsible for the eleven-part second season, which started in April 2026, with Yuuichirou Hayashi (“Attack on Titan: Final Season”) directing and Hiroshi Seko (“Rooster Fighter”) writing the script.
The streaming services Crunchyroll, Netflix, aniverse, ADN and Disney+ offer both seasons on demand. A simulcast of the sequel has not yet been confirmed.
