A new trailer for the second season of the series was released today on the X account of the anime adaptation of “Clevatess”. You can find the video below.
Starting in July 2026
The second season of “Clevatess” is once again being created under the direction of Kiyotaka Taguchi (monster design at “SSSS.DYNAZENON”) in the Lay-duce studio. Keigo Koyanagi is writing the script while Souichirou Sako is doing the character design.
The ending song that can be heard in the trailer is titled “Awake Anew” and comes from the musical duo MYTH & ROID (ending song from Re:ZERO – Starting Life in Another World). The sequel will start simulcast on Crunchyroll in July 2026.
The twelve-part first season ran on Japanese television from July to September 2025 and is already available on demand in this country in its entirety in the German language version and in the original Japanese audio with German subtitles.
