The X account for the anime adaptation of “I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World and Became Unrivaled in the Real World, Too” announced today that the series will continue with a second season. You can find a first visual and a new teaser for the upcoming special episode below.

Concrete details about the sequel, such as who will be involved in the production or a date for the start of broadcasting on Japanese television, are currently still pending. As usual, we will keep you updated.
Before the second season, a one-hour special episode will premiere on Japanese video-on-demand platforms on March 29, 2026. Like the previous 13-part first season, this was created in the Millepensee studio.
The streaming service Crunchyroll has the first season, which ran in simulcast from April to June 2023, in German and Japanese. The publisher also released all episodes in a Blu-ray complete box.
