Shenmue III Enhanced reveals its improvements in images and launches pre-orders for physical editions

A special edition and a collector’s item on the menu

Say that Shenmue III Enhanced will completely rehabilitate the original work is certainly an unrealizable dream, but it is in good faith that this revisitation is shown during a first trailer, accompanied by comments from Yu Suzuki.

This is the opportunity to see the work done on the graphics, between sharper textures in 4K, more details, support for FSR and DLSS (no, not that one), reduced loading times and even a slightly more extensive crowd of NPCs.

We also remember that the experience will be more flexible than in the base title with health regeneration before fights, a less boring economy and even a choice of camera repeating that of the first two episodes, knowing that all of this can be deactivated to relive the initial game conditions.

Today’s communication also encourages pre-orders by revealing three editions. Let’s put aside the standard version, let’s start with the Special Edition which will contain the following elements:

  • The game Shenmue III Enhanced
  • A special box
  • The Blu-ray “A Gamer’s Journey: The Definitive History of Shenmue
  • The artbook “The Making of Shenmue III Enhanced

Of course, a collector will be there, with even more goodies:
