Crimson Desert finally shows gameplay on its basic PS5 version, which should reassure part of the public

Much ado about nothing?

After the PS5 Pro version, here is the PS5 version of Crimson Desert. It’s during the Japanese show Play! Play! Play! of PlayStation that we were able to see everything running for almost 20 minutes, time to get an idea of the result on the console now more than 5 years old.

The opportunity to reassure part of the public who can now see that we are a priori avoiding the same situation as the CD Projekt Red game, with a PS5 version which actually seems to run correctly despite obvious graphical concessions compared to the PC version that we were used to seeing in the various videos of the game. We may still wonder why the studio has avoided showing this version all this time. We will still have to see this for ourselves, controllers in hand.

Crimson Desert will be available from March 19 on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series. Our full review will be available this week, if you want to learn more about the game.
