Bigger, more ambitious, more DnD than ever
The message Tactical Adventures wants to send here is that you don’t need to play the first game to be interested in Solasta II. But for those who were not convinced by the first game, or who are still trying to find out if this second opus is worth it, the studio seeks to convince them by showing the key points on which this sequel is better.
And for this, Ben Starr (Back in Chiaroscuro: Expedition 33) And Devora Wilde (Lae’zel in Baldur’s Gate 3) give of themselves to show you everything that is changing here. After all, the two also feature in the game’s voice cast, alongsideAmelia Tyler (narrator in Baldur’s Gate 3again) and Ellen Thomas (Ambessa in Arcana). And in Solasta IIyour companions will be much more lively and important, even being able to take part in conversations with NPCs.
This second episode will also be more technically ambitious thanks to Unreal Engine 5which will not be too much for this vast new world to explore, while it will use the set of rules from the 2024 edition of Dungeons & Dragons 5th edition. For example, we will find the possibility of engaging in multiclassto give you a little more freedom in the approach to your build.
Solasta II will be available in early access from March 12 on PC.
