The potential Switch 2 version of Monster Hunter Wilds is becoming more and more plausible according to new data mining

An announcement this summer?

Since the January update, dataminers who have focused on the case of Monster Hunter Wilds have been able to find various references to the Switch 2. So far, nothing more concrete than that, but the latest update which arrived this week gave new elements which reinforce this theory. To tell the truth, at this stage, if the image that was relayed is indeed real, we are well beyond theory.

On Reddit, an image has been relayed on which we can see a sort of tutorial for using the Switch 2 version of the game in local wireless modeto play with friends in the same room, each on their own console. While other references to the Switch 2 have been removed following this patch, this is the biggest clue yet regarding the existence of a Switch 2 version of the game.

Capcom has not yet commented on the matter and we imagine that if this version is real, the publisher will talk about it when announcing the first expansion of the game, which will be revealed this summer.
