The second season of “With Vengeance, Sincerely, Your Broken Saintess” is directed by Saya Fukase (“I Want You To Show Me Your Panties With a Disgusted Face Returns”) at the IMAGICA Infos and Imageworks studios.
The main roles of the Japanese cast again include Asami Seto (Mai Sakurajima in “Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai”) as Lua and Souma Saitou (Hyouma Chigiri in “Blue Lock”) as Sven. The start is planned for October 2026.
The “Light Anime” process is used in the production, making it more of an “animated manga” than a classic anime.
The twelve-episode first season ran on Japanese television from July to September 2025 and is available on demand on aniverse. It has not yet been confirmed whether the streaming channel will also show the second season in simulcast.
