The next episode of the second “Freezing” season will appear later

On the X account of the anime adaptation of »Freeze: Beyond Journey’s End« it was announced today that the next episode of the second season will be broadcast later. There is also a first visual for the next section of the story.

One week break

The sixth episode, which introduces the “Divine Revolte” arc, will therefore not be shown on Japanese television next Friday, but probably only on February 27, 2026. This date also applies to the simulcast on Crunchyroll.

The ten-part sequel, which celebrated its global premiere on January 16, 2026, is once again being created at the MADHOUSE studio, with Tomoya Kitagawa (episode director on “Spy x Family”) directing.

The 28-part first season of the fantasy series is already available in its entirety on demand and is also available in two individual volumes and a limited collector’s edition on DVD and Blu-ray.
