PS5/PS4: $145 in free games offered to certain players, don’t miss them

The month of February 2026 is off to a strong start for subscribers PlayStation Pluswith a selection of four free games representing a total value of 145 dollars. Between flight simulation, underwater adventure, boxing and psychedelic experience, Sony offers an eclectic offer, accessible on PS4 and PS5.

All of these games are available for download now via the PS Plus “Essential” catalog. Here’s what they contain, and why some deserve your attention.

Ace Combat 7 and Subnautica: classics that are still effective

First title of the selection, Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown (PS4) offers successful immersion in a realistic air combat universe. Released in 2019, the game has lost none of its charm and offers spectacular missions with nervous gameplay.

Another safe bet: Subnautica: Below Zeroavailable on PS4 and PS5. This spin-off of the cult aquatic exploration game immerses players in a frozen world that is as beautiful as it is hostile. Even if you have played the original, this sequel is worth a detour thanks to its new storylines and mechanics.

Ultros: a Metroidvania nugget from a black hole

More unexpected but critically acclaimed, Ultros (PS4/PS5) is described as a “psychedelic Metroidvania”. The player explores a time loop in an alien sarcophagus, with a confusing artistic direction and evolving gameplay. Released a year ago, the game is still enjoying excellent reception on Steam.

Ultros will especially appeal to fans of atypical games with a strong visual identity. A curiosity to discover, especially if you are looking for a title that is off the beaten track.

Undisputed: a boxing outsider who still has room for improvement

Last game of the selection, Undisputed (PS5) is not unanimous. Formerly named eSports Boxing Clubthe game of Steel City Interactive had raised hopes of a revival of the boxing game. Result: “divided” opinions on Steam and gameplay that is still a little raw.

But the title is constantly evolving. For boxing fans or the curious, this is the opportunity to test it for free. And perhaps to follow its development in the months to come.

A balanced selection despite some reservations

With a selection estimated at 145 dollarsPlayStation Plus continues to expand its catalog in interesting ways. Even if Undisputed divides, the variety of genres offered offers everyone the opportunity to find what they are looking for this month.

It’s also a good counterbalance to recent Xbox Game Pass price increases, and a strong signal that the subscription battle is not over in 2026.
