PS Plus: February 2026 releases confirmed with notable titles

The month of February promises to be a little more bitter for subscribers to the Extra and Premium offers of PlayStation Plus. As is tradition, a rotation of games takes place in the catalog. If new titles appear every month, some must inevitably give up their place. Sony has revealed a first list of games which will no longer be available from mid-February 2026. It is therefore time to finish your game, if you have not already done so.

A first wave of departures, including very popular titles

From February 17, the following games will leave the PS Plus Extra and Premium catalog:

  • WWE 2K25
  • SaGa Frontier Remastered
  • The Ascent
  • Spirit of the North
  • Cult of the Lamb
  • Super Neptunia RPG
  • Map
  • Ground Infinite

Please note: New World Aeternumwhich initially appeared in the list, was removed without explanation from the PlayStation Store. As is often the case, this list could change between now and the deadline, Sony having the habit of adding or removing titles at the last minute, without formal communication.

Varied experiences soon to be unavailable

The list shows a wide variety of genres: from cult RPGs to SaGa Frontier Remastered to the futuristic action of The Ascentpassing through the mystical and visually striking experience Spirit of the Northor the religious satire of Cult of the Lamb.

The latter, in particular, had left its mark on players with its unique blend of roguelike and cult management in a universe that was as cute as it was disturbing. The departure of these games is therefore a notable loss for fans of video game diversity.

Premium subscribers in slight frustration

According to the first feedback, the members of the level Premium/Deluxe admit to being somewhat disappointed. Once again, only one classic game has been added to the catalog to compensate for the losses, a recurring imbalance that has sparked criticism within the community.

One of the subscribers testifies on the networks: “Another selection which favors the Extra level, but leaves the Premium ones wanting more. It’s time for Sony to rethink its copy. »

Last chance to play: don’t delay

All the games mentioned should disappear from the catalog no later than February 17, 2026. If you were planning to discover or complete them, now is the time to get started. The Last Chance to Play section of PlayStation Store is regularly updated to reflect upcoming departures.

And while some titles are leaving, others are arriving. The continuous rotation of PS Plus aims to renew the interest of subscribers, but it also implies constant vigilance so as not to miss anything.
