The streaming service Prime Video announced today to the entertainment magazine Deadline that it will be moving to… »World’s preferred provider for anime« and for this reason has secured three new simulcast titles for this year. We summarize the details below.

The new licenses include the new anime adaptation of »Ghost in the Shell« as well as the second season of “From country bumpkin to sword saint”both of which launch in July 2026.
In addition, the VoD platform shows the remake of the action anime »Fist of the North Star«which is expected to debut on Japanese television later this year, in simulcast. A specific date is still pending.
