The game is still scheduled for release in the spring
It is via the Nintendo Today application that the manufacturer informs us that a new Nintendo Direct will take place this week, and this time it will be devoted to one and the same game, namely Tomodachi Life: A Dream Life. This new episode will be revealed in detail through a show which will be broadcast on January 29 at 3 p.m. Paris time. Don’t expect any other game announcements.
A rather curious choice for a Nintendo Direct, even if it marks the return of a license appreciated by the general public. Nintendo has so far not wanted to give a precise release date for the game, except that it will be released sometime in the spring. This will be an opportunity to tell us more, while showing us how this opus will be so different from the others, as well as a possible Switch 2 version which will probably be shown here.
With this, Nintendo will have almost evacuated all its releases from the beginning of the year (Mario Tennis Fever And Pokémon Pokopia having already had major presentations), which leaves room for a more substantial Nintendo Direct which would tell us about the releases until next summer, or even a little further. And in view of the meager schedule for the Switch 2, it is high time for the manufacturer to release new cartridges.
