Who are the nominees for the 2026 BAFTAs?
Last year it was Astrobot which was the big winner at the BAFTAs. This year, Chiaroscuro: Expedition 33 is unsurprisingly the big favorite on the list. As a reminder, the awards are awarded here by a jury of more than 1,700 industry professionals, from a list of 255 games released between November 16, 2024 and November 14, 2025.
That list was then whittled down to 64 entrants across this year’s 17 categories, ahead of another vote on March 12 that will be more definitive (which explains why there are so many nominees). The awards will be awarded on April 17, 2026.
