Another busy year 2026 for FromSoftware
It was in its quarterly report that Kadokawa, parent company of From Software, announced the thing (relayed by GamesRadar). The company first declares thatElden Ring Nightreign has surpassed all its expectations, and expects sales around the title to continue at their strongest in the months to come. In particular thanks to the release of a DLC, since Kadokawa specifies that he expects growth in sales around the license before the end of the fiscal year, while citing a DLC. Thus implying that This additional content should arrive before the end of this fiscal year, i.e. before March 31, 2026.
And for the rest of 2026, Kadokawa also mentions the Switch 2 version ofElden Ringrecently postponed, as well as The Duskbloods. The game announced during the Nintendo Direct presentation of the Switch 2 is therefore still planned for next yearalthough Kadokawa does not specify the period in which it is expected. We imagine that it is possible that the title will be talked about again at the Game Awards, but at least, if the plans are respected, we know that we will discover this new universe on our Switch 2 in the year to come.
