Final Fantasy VII Remake Part 3 will not be negatively impacted by the Square Enix multiplatform turn

The Xbox Series version S still seems to be a little concern

Naoki Hamaguchi answered this question at Easy Allies. For him, Final Fantasy VII Remake Part III will not suffer from this multiplatform turn, insofar as separate teams are provided for each platform. He indicates that the development of this third episode advances well, in the same way as the Switch 2 version of Rebirth. He evokes all the same a slightly more difficult Xbox version to set upespecially because of the series S, even if it does not evoke it directly:

“” We have dedicated teams working on each platform so that our multiplatform approach does not impact development. The development of Nintendo Switch 2 Rebirth and the third part takes place without problem. Regarding the Xbox version, like many other publishers, I think we have seen memory problems compared to other platforms. But concerning the Switch 2 versions, the main development team is working hard. Therefore, I think we are rather confident about the final product. We have received excellent reviews for FF7 Remake Intergrade, so I hope that fans are impatiently awaiting it. »»

Overall, the director continues to be reassuring for this last episode, having recently mentioned the question of the budget of the game, which will not be impacted by the sales of the second episode (which are good according to him). We are now looking forward to seeing everything that he advances in a first presentation, which could happen soon enough.
