On the official X account of the anime adaptation of “Chillin’ in Another World with Level 2 Super Cheat Powers” it was announced today that it will be continued with a second season. You can find a first teaser below.

Concrete details about the sequel, such as who will be involved in the production or a date for the start of broadcasting on Japanese television, are currently still pending. We’ll keep you updated.
The JCSTAFF studio was responsible for producing the twelve-episode first season, with Yoshiaki Iwasaki (“Monster Girl Doctor”) directing and Megumi Shimizu (“Tomo-chan”) writing the script.
The streaming service Crunchyroll offers the fantasy series, which ran in simulcast in the spring 2024 season, with German and Japanese language versions on demand and also released all episodes in a complete box on Blu-ray.
