In a few weeks, peppermint anime will be releasing the first season of “Demon Slayer” in a limited complete box with steelbook. In keeping with this, the publisher has now revealed the design. We summarize.
Release in August 2026
The Blu-ray complete box, which consists of a hardcover box with a steelbook, is expected to be released on August 31, 2026. The content includes all 26 episodes of the first season in German and Japanese. As an extra there is a booklet, two collector’s coins and an audio commentary on the first episode.

The ufotable studio was responsible for producing the first season, with Haruo Sotozaki (“Tales of Zestiria: Dawn of the Shepherd”) directing. The first broadcast took place from April to September 2019 in Japan.
In total, the anime adaptation of “Demon Slayer” currently consists of four seasons, all of which are already available on DVD and Blu-ray. On May 15, 2026, the “Mugen Train” film went on sale in a limited 4K steelbook. The first film in the “Infinity Castle” trilogy will be released on Crunchyroll on July 29, 2026.
