With the opening of an official website, it was announced that the fantasy novel “Witch and Hound” (Japanese: “Majo to Ryouken”) was getting an anime adaptation in the form of a series. You can find a first teaser below.

»Witch and Hound« is produced under the direction of Takanori Tsujimoto (“Hypnosis Mic”) at Studio TriF. Original author Rainy Kamitsuki is co-writing the script with Jun Tsugita, while Kengo Saitou is contributing character design.
Further details, such as the start date or the cast of speakers, are currently pending. We’ll keep you updated.
The underlying light novel series by Rainy Kamitsuki has been published in Japan since October 2020 with illustrations by LAM. A manga adaptation by Mimori Tsukahara was published in four volumes from May 2023 to July 2025.
