Date of the new fantasy anime “The Villager of Level 999” + trailer


On the official X account of the anime adaptation of “The Villager of Level 999” (Japanese: “Level 999 no Murabito”) it was announced today that the series will be broadcast from July 1, 2026. You can find a new trailer below.

Brain’s Base anime

»The Villager of Level 999« was created under the direction of Yoshinobu Kasai (“Seton Academy”) in the Brain’s Base studio. Shinzou Fujita (“To Your Eternity”) is writing the script, while Kentarou Matsumoto is contributing the character design.

The opening song that can be heard in the trailer comes from the two Japanese singers Nakuru Aitsuki and Itsuki Natsume. The streaming service Crunchyroll shows the fantasy series in its original language with subtitles in a simulcast.

The original light novel of the same name by Koneko Hoshitsuki was published in eight volumes with illustrations by Fuumi in Japan from April 2016 to January 2019. A manga adaptation by Kenichi Iwamoto debuted in Comp Ace magazine in May 2017.
