First trailer for the “Karaku Cup” arc by “Akane-banashi” + visual


A new trailer for the upcoming “Karaku Cup” arc was released today on the official X account of the anime adaptation of “Akane-banashi”. You can find the video below.

Simulcast at aniverse

“Akane-banashi” has been running on Japanese television and on aniverse since April 4, 2026 in the original sound with subtitles in the simulcast. The German dubbing appears four weeks later.

From May 16, 2026, Netflix will also make the first two episodes of the series available. Subsequent episodes will then appear on a weekly basis.

The ZEXCS studio is responsible for the production of the twelve-part drama series, with Ayumu Watanabe (“Witch Hat Atelier”) directing and Michihiro Tsuchiya (“Rising Impact”) writing the script.

The underlying manga series by Yuuki Suenaga has been published in the “Weekly Shounen Jump” magazine since February 2022. The work is available in this country from the publisher Loewe Manga with a German translation.
