Disney Channel is bringing “Yuna & Stitch” back and coming to Disney+

The Disney Channel will be broadcasting the Japanese anime production “Yuna & Stitch” again in a few weeks – and announced the expansion of reception options almost at the same time. We summarize.

From May 2026

The first eight episodes of “Yuna & Stitch” can be seen on Disney Channel on May 16, 2026 between 4:20 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. It is still unclear at what frequency the further episodes will be shown.

The Disney Channel can be seen free of charge in Germany, Austria and Switzerland via satellite, cable, DVB-T2, IPTV and OTT. The latter category also includes the streaming service Disney+, which will also make the free TV channel available to all users at no additional cost from May 2026. A date is still open.

The 81-episode anime series “Yuna & Stitch” (Japanese: “Stitch!”) was directed by Masami Hata (“The Ping-Pong Club”) in the MADHOUSE studio. The Japanese premiere took place between 2008 and 2011.
