New trailer for the new “Dragon Ball Super” series + visual

As part of the “Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour” that took place today in Los Angeles, a new trailer for the upcoming anime series “Dragon Ball Super: Beerus” was released. You can find the video below.

Starting in autumn 2026

“Dragon Ball Super: Beerus” is a new version of the “Battle of Gods” saga. This offers, among other things, new cuts, revised scenes, a fresh setting and a completely rebuilt narrative structure. It is scheduled to launch on Japanese television in autumn 2026. A date is still pending.

The “Battle of Gods” saga was originally told in the 2013 film “Dragon Ball Z: Battle of the Gods”. The series “Dragon Ball Super” later took up the plot again and implemented it in its own version, which was broadcast over 17 episodes from July to November 2015.

In addition to the anime remake, “Dragon Ball Super: The Galactic Patrol” is also a sequel to the adaptation of the “Dragon Ball Super” manga, which is based on the “Galactic Patrol Prisoner” saga. When this will start is still unclear.

“Dragon Ball Super” currently consists of 131 episodes, which ran on Japanese television from July 2015 to March 2018 and will be repeated on ProSieben MAXX from April 21, 2026. ADN offers the complete series on demand.
