Gemini could soon integrate a new function to help you better organize your day

Google could soon add to Gemini a key feature for those who live with their hand-screwed Android smartphone. Spotted in the Google application code, the view Your Day promises a personalized briefing of everything that awaits you. The idea is simple: bring together the really important news of the day on a single page driven by Google Gemini. Something to remind nostalgic people of the good memories of Google Now.

For now, this function remains hidden and only appears in beta 17.14 of the Google application, via an APK teardown. Notebookcheck points out that Gemini is already at the heart of the best Android smartphones and future Pixels 10 And Pixel 10 Pro. Suffice it to say that Your Day could become Google’s new showcase on mobile. It remains to be seen how this flow will be presented and how far it will go to organize your day.

Gemini Your Day: what is this new proactive flow on Android?

According to text strings unearthed by 9to5Google, Your Day is described as follows: “Receive a proactive feed from Gemini to stay ahead of your day”. In short, Google Gemini will display a stream of automatically generated cards to notify you of urgent emails, reminders and pending tasks. Android Authority has already previewed an interface with a “Top of mind” section and “goals” from your search history. The whole recalls Google Now And Snapshot Wizardbut in a version focused on your productivity, where Google Discover stay focused on current events.

How could Gemini’s Your Day feature organize your day?

To feed this proactive flow, Google Gemini would draw from your main services: Gmail for important messages, Google Calendar for appointments, Messages for key exchanges and your recent searches. Everything would be grouped in the view Your Day in order to highlight what really matters now, rather than just scattered notifications. We can imagine an employee seeing his 9 a.m. meeting displayed in the morning, preparation emails and the priority task to be completed before noon. The telephone then becomes a daily dashboard, closer to an assistant who anticipates than a simple response engine.

Gemini Your Day: when can you try it and with what limits?

Like any function spotted in an APK teardown, there is no guarantee yet that Gemini Your Day will actually see the light of day. The timing, a few weeks from Google I/O 2026however, suggests an announcement followed by a gradual deployment on Pixels and then other Android smartphones, without Google having made a decision. There remains the question of personal data: in Europe, a flow that crosses emails, search history and conversations with Gemini will have to respect the GDPR. We can expect dedicated settings in the section Personal intelligence to choose which applications power Your Dayand until then, it’s better to put away Gmail And Google Calendar to prepare this future dashboard.
