In a few weeks Crunchyroll will release the second season of “Blue Lock” on Blu-ray. In keeping with this, the publisher has now revealed the design of the complete box, which you can see further down in this article.
Release in May 2026
The Blu-ray complete box set for the second season of “Blue Lock” is expected to be released on May 15, 2026 with all 14 episodes in German and Japanese. As an extra there is a poster, mini-episodes, promo videos as well as the clean opening and ending.
The studio 8-Bit was responsible for the production of the sequel, which ran from October to December 2024 in Japan, with Yuuji Haibara (“The Slime Diaries”) directing and Taku Kishimoto writing the script.
The anime adaptation of “Blue Lock” currently consists of two seasons and a spin-off film titled “Episode of Nagi”. A third season is already in production, but does not yet have a start date.
