The streaming services ADN and Crunchyroll announced today that they have secured the license for the anime adaptation of “Dorohedoro”. We summarize.
Second season from April 2026
All episodes of the first season of “Dorohedoro” can now be streamed in the original sound with subtitles on Crunchyroll, while ADN currently only has the first episode in its program and will release the rest at a later date. Both providers will show the second season in simulcast from April 1, 2026.
The MAPPA studio is once again responsible for producing the sequel, with Yuuichirou Hayashi (“Attack on Titan Final Season”) directing and Hiroshi Seko (“DAN DA DAN”) writing the script.
The twelve-part first season of “Dorohedoro” was broadcast on Japanese television between January and March 2020 and is also available on demand on Netflix, where the anime is also offered with German voiceover.
