New details about the fourth season were announced today on the official X account of the anime adaptation of “Re:ZERO – Starting Life in Another World” (Japanese: “Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu”). A new visual can be found below.
Starting in April 2026
The fourth “Re:ZERO” season starts on April 8, 2026 with the eleven-part “The Loss Arc” before, after a short break, the eight-part “The Recapture Arc” begins on August 12, 2026. The sequel therefore consists of 19 episodes in total.
The White Fox studio is once again responsible for the production, with Masahiro Shinohara (“Is the Order a Rabbit?”) once again directing. The script will be written by Masahiro Yokotani (“Rascal Does Not Dream of Santa Claus”), while Haruka Sagawa will create the character design.
The ending song “Ender Ember”, which can be heard in the trailer, comes from MYTH & ROID (opening song of “Cautious Hero”) and TK (Ling Tosite Sigure). Konomi Suzuki and the American rapper Ashnikko contribute the opening song “Recollect”.
»Re:ZERO« currently consists of three seasons with a total of 66 episodes, which are available on demand on Crunchyroll. The streaming service also accompanies the broadcast of the fourth season in the original sound with German subtitles in a simulcast.
