ProSieben MAXX is showing the second season of “Jujutsu Kaisen” as a TV premiere


The free TV broadcaster ProSieben MAXX announced today that it has secured the license for the second season of “Jujutsu Kaisen” and will broadcast it as a German TV premiere next month. We summarize.

TV premiere in March 2026

The second season of “Jujutsu Kaisen” can be seen on ProSieben MAXX every Friday evening from 10:00 p.m. from March 20, 2026 with three episodes in a row. The individual episodes are then available free of charge in the media library on Joyn.

The MAPPA studio was responsible for the production of the 23-part sequel, with Shouta Goshozono (episode director for “Chainsaw Man”) directing and Ryouta Aikei (“Mono”) serving as assistant director.

The twelve-part third season has been simulcast on Curnchyroll since January 8, 2026. The next episode will be released after a week-long break on February 26, 2026.
