The PS5 and Xbox Series versions will also be improved
Released last October on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series, Digimon Story: Time Stranger will have made an impression by being one of the best titles in the saga Digimoneven if it was not flawless. The Switch community will soon be able to form its own opinion on the matter, given that Bandai Namco announced that its Digimon Story: Time Stranger will be released on Switch as well as Switch 2 on July 10 (and July 9 in Japan).
Interestingly enough, the Switch 2 version will obviously be better since it will let you choose between a Quality mode at 30 frames per second in 4K, and a Performance mode at 60 frames per second in 1080p (something which will obviously not be available on the first Switch). When we know that the PS5 and Xbox Series console versions have been singled out for limiting the framerate to 30 frames per second, seeing that it is via this Switch 2 version that the game is unleashed is quite funny. That people who play on PS5 and Xbox Series rest assured, an update on these platforms will be available to add these two modes.
